PRETTY POSH PRESS ON NAIL ORDER PROCESS

1. Place your order by choosing your preferred shape, and length. (Return customers may input their custom nail sizes for immediate production processing)

2. 1st time customers will leave the custom box empty. You will email your  custom sizes after receiving your sizing kit in the mail. All custom press-on nail orders include a complimentary sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit. Your sizing kit will be shipped out first, by regular mail in a pretty pink envelope. 

3. Once you receive your sizing kit, follow the directions on the card for proper nail sizing. Please note: custom nail orders cannot begin production until sizing information is received for your first order by emailing us at support@prettyposhnail.com, including your name, and order number.

4. The design process begins and ships out in 2 -5 business days. Each design's application kit contains all the necessary tools and clear instructions for proper application and gentle removal. This includes nail glue, glue tabs, a file, alcohol wipes, and a cuticle pusher/nail remover.

To get the longest wear from your press on nails , do not use acetone for soaking or on any part of the nails.

Please be aware that these nails are custom made and may have minor flaws and variations in color, as illustrated in the photos, as a result, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges or replacements. It is important to accurately size your nails from your sizing kit, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges. Once your order has been shipped by the carrier, we are not liable for any errors, delays, or lost packages.
