Shipping policy

 

 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing as all products are custom made. Saturdays and Sundays are not order processing days and we are closed for all major holidays.

After your order has been processed shipping takes 1 to 5 days depending on buyers zip code and shipping option chosen and could take up to 7 days or more during holidays. Tracking is provided with every order except First Class Mail. Priority shipping does not expedite design process, only shipping time after your order has been marked shipped.

Customers that pay for shipping are provided with the option to select first class shipping (uninsured) or Priority Shipping (insurance included). It is highly suggested that you choose Priority Shipping to insure and protect your package from theft, loss or damage. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the post office if it has been over 15 days that you have not received your package.

Orders Not Received

If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items. Also, our shea butters are heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the product.

***All reports of lost orders must be provided to us, Pretty Posh Nail Co. within 5 days of order ship date so that we may note your account. If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing package or items from a package. 

Order Mistakes/Errors Upon Receipt of Package

***Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported to Pretty Posh Nail Co. within 1 day of receipt/delivery.  Proof of error will be required and verified against our triple checked shipment verification process below. We will not be able to make any adjustments or replacements after this verification is made and items are verified as being packaged and shipped on our end.

Items Missing

Many times items that appear to be missing from an order are either hidden among packing peanuts, bubble wrap or in packaging paper. Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the package (and among packing materials such as peanuts, bubble wrap and paper) before calling us about a missing item. We know that mistakes happen so we have implemented a triple checked shipment verification process by our team before orders leave our facility as follows: 

1. Packaging slip

2. Each item is counted, verified and checked off against the items listed on the packaging slip

3. Photo verification is taken of products in the order to prevent missing items listed on the packaging slip and then saved to your account for future reference
